After we obtain the necessary information such as the Brand name, Model number, Version of your tv, your Name, Address, a good contact phone number, zip code, and city, we can then set up a day and time to have one of our technicians come to your home or office to quickly troubleshoot/diagnose the problem and give you an estimate.

Estimate rates are determined by the distance from our shop to your location. Don’t worry, we will be gentle on your pocketbook. Please call for your rate.

Once we give you the estimate, you will have the information to make your decision as to repair or not. If you decline the estimate, then the estimate fee must be paid at that time.

If you approve the estimate meaning you want us to go ahead and repair your Tv, the estimate fee is waived, however, we do require you to pay for the part at that time so that we can order your part.

When we receive the part, we will call you to set up another day and time to complete the repair and collect the balance due. Credit card payments will have a convenience fee of 4.00. To avoid this fee you can pay by check or cash.
